Pricing and availability

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment or Cash-on-Delivery acceptance is recorded. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity, with a full refund where payment was taken.

Custom and personalised items

Custom-printed products are made to your specification. Please review artwork and instructions carefully before ordering, as personalised items are non-returnable except where faulty.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
